If you want to make money from us or collect our voices for your benefit, you have to raise the bar on how you treat us.

Recently I’ve had this on my mind and wanted to share but I was really nervous to hit "post". I feel though like I have a duty to share these thoughts and experiences. This is how we all improve as a collective. This is advocacy, transparency, and innovation in a blog post. Please take this and do something with it for the better.

I, like many of us, have RSD rejection sensitivity. I have anxiety. I have procrastination and executive dysfunction. I have poor working memory and can struggle with what to say, which is why I prefer to write.

These experiences I have are due to being #autistic with #adhd. I also have #complexptsd . I was born into an abusive marriage where both parents were severely addicted to drugs and alcohol, as well as toxic relationships. I was an undiagnosed, only child who had to not be seen or heard often. I was both great and horrible in school, as I excelled in the arts but did horribly in math and science. Turns out I have #dyslexia…
