Hello Medium Friends! I am in search of Affiliates for my Company “Neurodivergent Workbooks”. These individuals are Fantasy lovers, Neurodivergent themselves, have a passion for advocacy, and want to see positive changes in the Neurodivergent Communities. My “Lore Ambassadors” must believe in my cause and Company, as well as be in a private group with me to “train” for being an Ambassador of my brand.

UNDERSTANDING MY INTEGRITY AND WHY

My name is Jean Grey and I am a late realized Autistic adult with ADHD, CPTSD and several learning disabilities. Prior to discovering my disabilities, I spent years struggling to make my special interests into an income producing business. I suspected this had a lot to do with my academic years and I previously internalized my difficulties in learning with being lazy, unfocused, unprioritized, or dumb.

As an adolescent, I was always the “daydreamer” doodling in my math notebook about creative ideas for books or art. I excelled in my Humanities studies, but struggled to get by in the Main subjects required to pass my grades so I always barely got by to the next grade.

In College I really thrived with Creative writing and Graphic Design, plus discovered my passion for Social Justice and Advocacy. It felt like a calling when I read the works of Maya Angelou, a woman who had overcome many hardships I related to — turning all the lemons into lemonade with her charisma and creativity.

Why am I sharing all of this? Well these reflections are what got me started blogging - Sharing my introspections, my pattern recognition, and what I had learned from the many years of struggles in school, socially, as well as in the online world of entrepreneurship.
