Hello! I’m an #Autistic and #ADHD Digital Content Creator on Social media. I made this workbook to cater to late realized #ADHD #neurodivergent adults that are in the process of relearning who they are. This requires diving into education about Neurodivergence, processing your past through a new lens, and starting to accommodate your own needs…finally.

I know this because I have been going through it for almost two years now. For that reason, I decided to create a series of workbooks that brings people through this process.

Neurodivergent Workbooks is Fantasy themed for the dopamine and takes you through the process of understand yourself. The first Workbook, “The 7 Enchanted Keys” has 5 total sections that get you journaling and reflecting, taking on little quests, doing DIY projects, and springing into action that aligns with your ADHD brain — not against it. — Jean Grey

My new website and launched products have a fun fantasy theme to keep you engaged while working on inner reflections and how you set up your daily routines to support your goals. I have been trying to capture into words what this project is and just how much love + details went into making it. So I am sharing a break down of the 5 parts and why I think buying this workbook is worth your time.

THOUGHTFUL CREATION PROCESS

This Workbook has been a labor of love and lost sleep to create what I am now so happy to present for you all! It contains 5 sections that are all uploaded to a course portal on my site. Once you purchase the workbook you will have access to it any time you choose to log-in. I did this because of the amount of times I purchased an EBOOK or PDF manual for something or other and it got LOST in my mother flippin’ emails forever. I would just forget after telling myself I will use it later.
